India and ASEAN promote strategic partnership
Jakarta Post reported on the 25th that Indonesia and 14 other negotiating countries agreed on Tuesday to sign the regional comprehensive economic partnership (RCEP) this year to help its economy recover from the recession caused by the epidemic. Indonesia's Ministry of trade said it expected the agreement to be signed in November. So far, countries have reached an agreement on the text of the agreement and completed the legal review of the text. If signed, the trade agreement will create one of the world's largest economic groups, with 15 participating countries accounting for 30% of global GDP.
